Locked Document in Publishing Queue…

Just when your publishing is going well you, experience a message indicating a document is in “Locked” status.

The document you are attempting to publish may be locked due to the author locking this document against another author’s edits and that may show as (Document locked by [name]). When a document is not locked it will appear with (Available) which indicates that a document is available for checkout and editing.
