In an ongoing series of communications regarding our commitment to ANCILE uPerform, SAP Productivity Pak, and our SAP customer base, our Chief Customer Officer, Dave Baca, provides an update about ANCILE uPerform and the ways it can be used with various SAP technology. This week, he recaps the presentations of ANCILE customers at the Americas’ SAP Users’ Group (ASUG) Annual Conference. The letter is repeated in its entirety below.

Dear Customers,

Over the last few weeks, we have reached out to select members of our customer base to update you on developments with ANCILE uPerform related to a changing enterprise software landscape. I am delighted to showcase seven ANCILE customers who shared their invaluable experience at the 2017 Americas’ SAP Users’ Group (ASUG) Annual Conference last month. Each customer presented a session as part of the User Adoption & Enablement Special Interest Group, which spotlights strategies and methods that drive user adoption of change and software (SAP and more).

All seven customers successfully utilized uPerform (aka, SAP Productivity Pak, SPP) to further their operational excellence and business success, and we know that once you review each customer presentation or abstract, summarized below, you will gain new insights that will help you and your company tackle many of the same challenges that were presented at ASUG, namely:

  • On-demand and traditional learning
  • Context Sensitive Help (Embedded Performance Support)
  • Mobile learning/support Operational workforce enablement & Centers of Excellence
  • Analytics – users, performance, processes, content, development
