Additional accomplishments include hosting of three successful user group events
ELKRIDGE, Md., Oct. 23, 2012 – uPerform Solutions, Inc., a global developer of learning and performance software solutions used by more than half of the Fortune 100, today announced key successes realized by the company during the third quarter of 2012. These achievements include recording the highest volume of third quarter sales in the company’s history.
Highlights of the quarter include:
- Winning new customers to achieve a record Q3, representing year-over-year revenue growth of 20 percent
- Extending the customer base for uPerform products across multiple industries including retail and agriculture
- Conducting international user group conferences

A highlight during the quarter was the first of three global uPerform Info Pak™ and uPerform™ Users Group (IPUG/uPUG) events, held in Lake Tahoe, Calif. uPerform hosted many customers at the event and offered a preview of uPerform™ 5.0, set for release in 2013. Participants were able to choose from a variety of uPerform educational sessions and best practice sessions presented by their peers.
“The North America IPUG/uPUG conference provided our customers with a forum to discuss their training issues with other users as well as share their experiences and enhancement requests with uPerform,” said Lonergan. “As we prepare for the international roll out of uPerform™ 5.0 in 2013, we are hosting additional IPUG/uPUG events in Europe and Australia in October.”
