Environmental Initiatives

We believe healthcare starts with our environment. Access to nutritious food and clean air and water are vital components to a healthy lifestyle. That’s why uPerform is taking on a variety of initiatives to reduce our footprint and make a positive impact on the environment, including partnering with the National Forest Foundation to plant 100 trees for every new contract signed in 2022 and migrating our data storage and server hosting to a colocation center to reduce water usage and overall carbon footprint. 

Fighting Food Insecurity

According to the USDA, more than 38 million people, including 12 million children, in the United States are food insecure. uPerform participates in a variety of activities to provide meals to food insecure individuals around the globe, such as holiday food drives and packing meals with Rise Against Hunger.

Those who do commute to our office headquarters are able to work from anywhere in the world for two weeks out of the year. Software Development & Innovation Group (SDIG)

SDIG is responsible for the technology life cycle of our products. We design, develop, and test our software using a variety of innovative tools and frameworks. Cloud Operations, Product and Design, and IT Operations round out the team.


Sales & Marketing

Our mission is to help organizations realize the full potential of their technology investments by focusing on user adoption and satisfaction – key factors in software success. Sales and Marketing strives to support this mission by closely collaborating with our valued customers and partners to drive success.


Customer Success

We create and launch proactive customer engagement initiatives to help solve issues quickly and easily. We strive to improve and support customer advocacy, education, and retention programs in order to support our global customers through the adoption, retention, and expansion phases of the customer lifecycle.


Corporate Operations & Administration

We support the business for all back-office functions including legal, finance, accounting, human resources, and administrative support. We are highly collaborative, interactive and innovative across all areas of the business to help our internal customers be successful.
