Eric GrosgogeatIn December, our Chief Executive Officer, Eric Grosgogeat, distributed his annual CEO announcement to many of our customers and we thought it was good information to share with the rest of the ANCILE community. It is repeated here in its entirety, with slight edits for length and forward looking statements. We hope you enjoy it!

Dear Customers,

As the end of the year draws near, we wanted to thank you for choosing uPerform and allowing our team to work with you to improve employee performance and user adoption of critical software systems across your entire organization. As you begin wrapping up work for the year and look forward to holiday festivities, we wanted to share a few noteworthy updates from the uPerform team:

Service Organization Control (SOC) 2® Type II Achievement

We understand that keeping your data safe and secure is paramount to maintaining your trust in us. That’s why we are actively obtaining certifications and demonstrating our commitment to holding the highest security standards for our operations. In November, ANCILE completed the SOC 2 Type II examination and report, reinforcing our dedication to security best practices and providing assurance to clients concerned about the security and privacy of their data. To obtain a copy of our report, please contact us.

In addition to SOC 2, ANCILE is working on pursuing additional IT security certifications and third-party attestations in 2020.

uPerform User Management Changes

Starting next year, we’ll be rolling out several enhancements and architectural changes for our uPerform clients, including more powerful user and group management capabilities, enhancements to the Learning Library, and improvements to the uPerform authentication methods. In preparation for launch, the uPerform team has been busy conducting a series of validation and feedback steps with clients through our early adopter program. Over the next several weeks the team will continue making refinements to the system and incorporate feedback in time for launch to elevate your experience with the uPerform solution.

To learn more about these changes, visit the User Management Changes Coming Soon to uPerform Cloud article on the Intelligence Hub.

Working for You

We’ve made efforts to continue your team’s success by expanding the resources available to help you get the most out of uPerform.

  • Ongoing webinars: We hosted nine webinars this year covering various topics relevant to uPerform authors and administrators. If you missed one of our webinars or are looking for a refresher, sharpen your uPerform skills by visiting our library of webinar recordings available on the Intelligence Hub.
  • uNetwork user groups: We hosted several free networking and learning sessions for uPerform users throughout the world in 2019. Additional events are coming to a city near you in 2020.
  • Resources: This year our Global Customer Support and Success team continued building resources to support the expansion of your authoring community, including an updated uPerform authoring course for version 5.43, and new quick start guides for creating documents, simulations, and eLearning courses. Your authors can access the library of free resources on our Intelligence Hub. Keep an eye out for more resources coming your way next year.

It’s been a pleasure working with you and we look forward to supporting you in 2020. We wish you and your families a joyful holiday season and best wishes for the coming new year.
