Within healthcare, we are used to thinking of patients as consumers. But as health systems struggle to attract and retain talent, should we also be thinking about clinicians as consumers? Technology continues to play a greater role in the daily lives of clinicians, but adoption rates and satisfaction rates remain low with many technology tools, most notably the EHR.
